(CLOSED) JACKSON ACADEMY

"I was forced into this place twice by a foster parent. Once as a challenger age 7-8. We was sheltered from the older boys who had there own wing jaguars,and eagle's. At this point beside absolute seclusion to the outside world it wasn't that bad. I was forced in there again at the age of 12 this time, as a jaguar that's when it got bad. U dare even act outside how they told u to act they had zero problems using full strength on a child. I had my head bounced off the concrete there. If I had to give a rough number how many times probably around 24-30 times. I don't remember the staff there being particularly mean unless u didn't listen. As far as rape go's I've never heard or seen it happen. Atleast not with staff on kids but there were on atleast 3 to 4 times I knew about other patients haven sex with each other .rape or not idk. This place was extremely flawed, kids poppin pills,haven intercorse,riots on Sundays.just a all-out toxic place for kids "

"I was in this god aweful place as a kid…. I was severely beaten and abused by most of the staff there…. I seen other kids get raped and abused there also. I am damn glad that this place is no longer operable….. this place was owned by Bill and Andy Jackson and at that time every kid that was abused or beaten tried to tell there families but no one would listen. I myself was beaten and abused by the staff, Brent Potter, the Vaughn brothers that worked there, and Mr. Gill, they took me to the timeout room near the back and beat me sincless and tried to rape me, the nurse was working that day was Ms. Jackson a heavy beast of a woman and never tried to stop it…. I can remember all names that was working that day and I thought I was gonna die. I tried to tell my therapist Dan Sailors…. And he just ignored me and said I was crazy…. I am severely traumatized now due to this place I am now 38 years old. I have many problems sleeping at night cause I wake up thinking I’m being strangled by some of the staff there…. This place was no good for kids, everyone tried to run from there and escape with only no success cause the staff would run after them and beat them half ti death when they got them back into the building…. I hate this place and hope all the staff got what they deserved in life as child abusers…. I will share my story of horror with anyone that would like to know what all went on inside this god aweful appitamy of hell…. I have some horror stories about that place that would rattle your teeth if I told them. Please… keep your children away from this place!!!!"

"My son was there around about 2000. He will not talk about his stay at Jaskson Academy to anyone! I remember visting him there and the vibes and atmosphere i felt was very weird! "I was there from the end of 97-99. I was physically abused by the RCs Mr Gant liked to bully us and take his agression out on the "rebels" and I will say that since they were all buddies or family nobody did anything about it. Even Mrs. Jackson would stand there and watch and antagonize the situation. As far as the sexual abuse, I was the one who abused and harassed the female RCs lol I mean I was a teenage boy that had been incarcerated for yrs. . Other than that I feel like they broke my spirit. There were some of us that got picked on more than others especially at night and on the evening shifts when the counselors weren't there! Even the ladies in the kitchen knew what was going on but kept there mouths shut and head down. They were cool though sometimes making us special treats (sweets) they weren't supposed to lol The Vaughns pretty much ran the RCs staff because they were all family. Not all of them were bad and most of the RCs actually cared about us and wanted us to do well. I did hear and know of some boys that got raped there by other boys. They were young boys like 10-12 and there were older boys 15-16 that did it. I remember feeling sorry for the lil guys because they were so doped up all the time and small there no way they could of fought back!"

"I was there in 1998, beyond my 18th b-day. It was nothing more than a place for Judge Jackson to rip off the state and pocket the money while us boys were being physically and sexuality abused. I'll be on Fox News soon naming names and who did what to whom. "

"Its a shame that judge jackson and his daughter Caroline jackson were able to abuse us all those years and the state or counselors would never listen. I am 40 now and have tried for years to get justice. I guess 16- 17 year old boys dont matter. I still have trouble to this day with intamacy. But no one wants to take the case. I guess justice wont ever be seen."
