MERCY CLINIC PRIMARY CARE - BOONEVILLE

"My actual visits to the clinic has been pleasant and a good experience. However, if you need to call don't expect to get a response right away. Take this latest issue, I called Wednesday morning with an issue about my prescription. I left a message with my doctor's nurse and asked her to call if there was a problem. No response and no prescription by the next morning. I called again and spoke to the receptionist at the desk. She again transferred me to the nurse's phone where I left another message. The receptionist asked for me to call her back at 3pm if I did not hear from the nurse by then. She also said she was going to leave a message. When I called at 3pm the receptionist said she had not heard anything yet and for me call at 5pm if the nurse had not call back yet. I told her to forget about it until the morning. It is now 9:15am. I called the pharmacy, no prescription. No call from the nurse about the prescription. TWO days since I left a message and more messages left by me and the receptionist! I know doctor's offices can be busy. Because of this I do not expect call backs right away. But 2 days!!! Come on this is not right or ethical. This is not unusual, this is normal, myself and my husband experience this all the time."
