"I called and needed a refill on medication Because there are so many cases of coronavirus in the city,I was skeptical about going to the doctor. I was informed that the doctor is trying to help by allowing me to talk with her at a set time on the telephone and consult so then I can receive my medication refill.This sounds great ......but this is what I don't understand, HOW CAN A PATIENT BE CHARGED THE SAME PRICE FOR A PHONE CALL AS YOU WOULD BE IF YOU ACTUALLY WENT IN ?"
