"Many of the office staff workers have bad attitudes and seem distressed. I felt the tension so at Xmas I thought about buying a few pizzas and having them delivered. But then I thought that some may have certain diets so I scratched that idea. I called to see just how many employees that they have and decided that I would hand out Bath and Body Works products. I ordered online different items and brought up a huge box of items and let each person pick an item. Didn’t work. They still don’t remember me and talk down to me. Never again. And I’m living on a fixed income so giving out close to 20 items wasn’t cheap. One employee even stated “I don’t want mine....here you can have mine” to another girl. (Which I thought was very rude as she could have done that after I left instead of in front of me). I don’t think my messages are getting back to my Dr. when I have talked to the staff and have asked the Dr. to call me. Or else the Dr. is just passing me by and letting the staff make decisions. Whatever the case, I don’t like being treated this way. I have moved on to find another provider. Some issues are sensitive and personal or private and maybe you don’t wish to go over them with the “office” help. Especially if they’re condescending. There is no private Dr. voicemail, so you are basically out of luck. If you like rude, this is the place to go. Also, I think they should put a tissue box in their lobby. I saw a man there once picking his nose and wiping the contents on an armchair! Totally disgusting, and makes me wonder if they clean their chairs. I made sure to tuck in my elbows and sit on the edge of the chair!"
