"These admins in the front are absolutely rude, and inefficient. We have waited for results for over a month and they have zero cares about it. They refuse to call the facility to nudge them and we actually went to the facility and watched them send it.
The blonde in the front started bobbing her head and rolling her eyes while we tried to speak to her about it this morning. They DO NOT care one bit about patients. They didn't even remember why they called this afternoon and left a message for us to call them back.
Lakeview said they JUST received the request this morning. This is their job not the patient's."
