"i was offerd money to have chiropractic care which i refused i was tricked into taking a picture with chiropracter touching my back the caregiver and my counceler snuck him in the room after having me lay down asked me to face the other way when i sat up three people in the room instead of two not counting myself i was also told that a stint was going to be put in my leg nurse said we are going to do it anyways wich didnt make sense at the time other nurse told me that her and her husband had dinner with my money one nurse asked me if i was stupid becouse i said i didnt see the chiropracter she said you cant remember an hour ago i didnt have chiropractic care ever "
