MIDMICHIGAN HEALTH PARK - WEST BRANCH

"Not impressed! Looking for new Dr. as we relocated from FL. Made appt for July which was changed by them because of Dr.s commitment. New appt for month later. Get there early as requested, go to window and was told they were all on the phone. Girl asked for My and My husbands name and appt time. I thought they would call us when they were free. Sat there for over an hour so I went up to window again and was told since I had not signed in that I had missed my appt and would have to reschedule and that there was 6 minutes till my husbands appt so we needed to hurry. Took our temps and copies of his ID and insurance card. After 20 more minutes I took clip board back up to window and told them we were cancelling! Not a very impressive Meet and Greet appt. If they are that busy that they cannot show some courtesy to a new patient who doesn't have any idea of how they work their windows and check in process then this is not the Dr/Clinic that I need to be associated with."
