WOODMONT CENTER

The skilled nurses and staff have provide excellent care for my husband. I am also very pleased with the help, advice and support they have given me. While it is an older facility, the care is right at the top with the best. Thank you Woodmont Center!

The staff here at Woodmont made the entire process of getting our family member in a breeze and provided excellent care during their stay. The social worker, I believe her name was Marie, met with our family multiple times and she was always so kind and compassionate!

My mother's stay was interesting. Because I'm still trying to figure out what rehab did they do! Seems like nothing to me!! I was never able to get her nurse and the days before discharge that was supposedly per insurance definitely seem more like the facility wanted her gone for another patient maybe! I dont know. I just know the discharge was definitely rushed and communication was ridiculous between social worker and business office. I had 3 different stories of the discharge THEM one of the SW wanted to try and get an attitude about the appeal being in the patient's favor due to incorrect discharge timing,(something about notification was suppose to be x amount of time before dc date. And the SW was like "well it wasn't on me I didn't get in touch with you on the day before.) Now mind you she called at 5:30pm!! Saying she would be there until around 6pm. I work night shift and that was my only day off so I was asleep. But nonetheless I would NOT Recommend that place to anyone. Especially when I have patient's ask me about it because I work in a hospital myself! Ridiculous.... I hate to say never but Never (I pray to GOD!) I would give a 1 but I did appreciate the few staff I did interact with!

The staff were awesome and so nice! The place was clean. Glad that my father-in-law has wonderful nurses and staff taking care of him!

I witnessed a sprinkler system pipe burst yesterday at Woodmont. I want to recognize the actions of all staff from administrators to nurses to maintenance. Their ability to mitigate the situation with least impact to staff was incredible. Everyone was working toward one mission--the care and well-being of their patients. Great coordination!!! Staff was phenomenal.
