My family member has been in the dementia unit for ten months and the compassion, kindness and resourcefulness of the staff there have been outstanding. No overmedicating here, and they deal with everyone with patience and respect. I'm there an hour or two nearly every day, I see what goes on, and I wouldn't have him anywhere else. The staff have also been extremely welcoming, accepting and open with me.
The rehab department at this facility does a great job attending to all the needs of their patients , identifying all the areas of functions that need treatment. Nursing staff are compassionate and take the time to provide caring assistance . I recommend this facility to all my family and friends .
My mom is a current resident and she is treated very well. The staff is amazing to her. I am there quite often to visit my mom and spend quality time. I see what goes on. Anything that my mom needs, they are there. Yes, no place is perfect, but they try. Every place is short staffed but the staff that are in my moms section do a great job and it shows in their personalities and work ethic.

They go above and beyond to make sure she’s comfortable and well taken care of. The food here is also fantastic, providing her with delicious and nutritious meals that she really enjoys. The physical therapy team has been so helpful in supporting her. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for her to be. Thank you to everyone at the facility for your dedication and care!"
Do not send anyone there! My mother was there for several years, and it was a horrific experience. The memory care unit is understaffed and underinvested. She was formerly at the Arbors in Greenfield, which had been wonderful. She moved when she needed more skilled nursing, and the difference between the two places was stark. Do not go.
