Staff overall are great. Being engaged and visible makes a difference. They do have contradictory rules for employees and clients. Clients can’t have wall plug 🔌 ins but they are allowed in the staff’s office. If it’s a fire risk for a resident’s room it’s a fire hazard for all rooms. They are not as quick to come assist when call buttons are pressed. Food- it’s is horrible. It’s always cold, portions are what you feed a toddler or not edible. Most of the residents don’t eat the food and the plates go back untouched. They need to change how they serve them. Maybe have different dinner times for each wing to provide hot food alternating weeks to be fair. Activities- They could do more with the residents. After a certain time they are lingering in the halls or waiting to smoke.

First, I want to thank Pruitt Health West for accepting my brother getting him the help he needed. The staff demonstrated commitment and compassionate care for my brother. Administration, nursing, CNA, and the receptionist were friendly, informative, and welcoming. My first impression was that my family was in the right place for my brother's care. I highly recommend Pruitt Health West. My rating 5 star. Clark family

The people there are so warm and inviting the staff feels like family everyone was at a request always smiling I would consider this a long term place but my family member is only here for rehab

This is a good place. I had a major surgery done and feel like they took great care so I return back to the community.
