SANDY SPRINGS CENTER FOR NURSING AND HEALING LLC

My visit went extremely well. From the minute I pulled into Sandy Springs CNH. I new my friend from HS was in great hands. The grounds were clean and well kept. The entire Staff went out of thier way to answer any questions I might of had. The young Lady at the check in desk was very professional, upbeat and friendly. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Great facility. Everyone from the medical team to the administration has been wonderful. They have done an amazing job in helping my mom feel better. I would highly recommend. The facility is also very clean and the grounds are nice and kept up. I took my mom for a stroll today and it was super pleasant. They also allow family/friends to bring in things from home to make your loved one feel more comfortable in their new environment.

I don’t know why this disgusting place would have 4 stars. My mother is currently in this facility and they are awful. The place is dirty, they never have supplies. I have to buy everything even though they take all of her money. If the residents don’t have family checking on them, they treat them like crap and leave them laying. If I didn’t take my mother food, she would starve. They served the residents two slices of bread and beats out of a can the other day. I’m moving my mother, but this place should be closed down whether she’s there or not. The staff is horrible and they clearly aren’t getting paid much and it shows. I have to go there and change my mother and wash her up almost and fuss almost everyday or they wouldn’t do anything. Please don’t put your family in this horrible place. There ratings on google are good, probably because they paid for them. But if you check through the Medicaid website, they have one star!!! I wish I would have seen that first. They don’t even have toilet paper in the bathrooms. I’m sure they are getting a few thousand dollars for each resident, but where is that money going? The pictures show why I have to go clean every day. They don’t clean anything! And the picture with the pain patch is showing how they left that on her two days past the date. They are only supposed to be on 12 hours. Oh and I also have a recording of a nurse almost giving my mother the wrong medication. If my mom didn’t realize it looked different, she would’ve taken it! The wrong medication! They can kill someone like that! Please don’t allow your loved ones to go here. My mother will be moved soon. I hope they get shut down

Front desk personnel were helpful and provided directions to the patient’s room. The facility was neat and clean. The patient’s room seemed ample and comfortable. It was equipped with a flat screen TV.

For the moment this is a five star review. The nurses seem attentive to care and Mom was still in the same shape as she was before arriving. Which is, for now a good thing. Nurse and tech present were on point also listening to care.
