My friend was placed here a few months ago after getting very sick mentally and physically. After a few months he is in great health emotionally and physically. I would like to thank the staff and the nurses for all they are doing for the patients, every time I visited ,they went out of their way to accommodate any needs or request. It's very clean and the social worker went out of her way to help get his belongings from his previous place of living Thank you and God bless everyone at highland Park.

Terrible facility. My paraplegic husband had to call 911 from the facility to get someone to come to his room and take care of him. We are still getting bills from them that have already been covered.

Do NOT bring your elderly loved ones here. I toured this facility today and was appalled by what I witnessed. A nurse named Chanate was aggressively yelling at a CNA in a way that was completely unprofessional and deeply disturbing. The behavior I saw was beyond unacceptable—it showed a complete lack of respect and compassion. If this is how staff are treated in public view, I can only imagine how residents are treated behind closed doors. No one, especially the elderly, should be subjected to an environment like this. Stay far away.

If I could leave no stars I would. This place is awful there rooms have damage to them their cafeteria has what looks like water damage on the ceiling and they just covered it with a bag. They’ve lied multiple times. They weren’t wearing gloves when handling food in the kitchen. They take over 15 min to get to the patients room after pushing the call button. We removed our grandfather before he was supposed to leave because just the smell alone was completely awful. It smelt like urin down the hallways. The main person who works there was disrespectful to his employees and yelled at one of them in front of us.
