Loved the entry system and the very helpful staff! I’ve been there before, so the entry system remembers me when I return, and getting a new pass is easy. But this time I brought two new visitors who are less tech savvy, and needed some assistance. The staff person was right there to help, right away! Excellent service, great system!
My mom is currently staying and I went to visit her today. What I will say is the facility itself is mid tier when it comes to being updated, but the staff was amazing. They brought a smile to my mom‘s face when they came in to say hi and also when I lost my way to my mom‘s room, someone had no issue knowing I needed help and point me in the right direction with a Smile. The staff is awesome.
I would not recommend for your loved ones!
Unfortunately, Behind the doors of this location, You have poor management, Careless staff, Neglect and poor living conditions.
Just to put it simply, Check the picture attached. Black mold, near patients with compromised respiratory systems and the immunocompromised. Rest assured, State was notified yet it was painted over when they arrived.
Leaks are plentiful across the entire building, Scalding hot toilets which burn patients, Water temperatures are out of compliance, Fridge temperatures are out of compliance.
Patients are secluded at times, especially if altered mentally.
The receptionist was very polite and helpful to me in logging into the system. As I walked to visit my friend. I waa looking around. The rooms was cleaned, and the beds were made up. The eating area where the eat at, had beautiful table cloths and table dressing on them. Over all everything locks very nice.
The staff run a “tight shift” working in sink, consistent, and very professional. Folks are warm and friendly. The building is fresh and clean every visit. My dad is well cared for and happy.
