My mother has dementia and has been at Keswick for 3.5 years. She has a private room (all rooms are single occupancy) with her own bathroom which includes toilet/sink. She has a beautiful large window with a large windowsill that we have filled with flowering plants. The room is comfortable and bright. The staff is wonderful, I have come to know all the staff that care for my mother and there has been no turnover in all the years she has been a resident. They all care for her with grace and patience (more than I have sometimes). Keswick offers daily activities, many of which we attend. Especially the Musical Encounters activity which brightens my mom as she likes to sing along and clap to the music. I highly recommend this facility and I am grateful that this is where my mother will spend her last stage of life.

I want to share how grateful I am for Wanda, the manager at Keswick, who has made an incredible difference in my family’s life. Her compassion is unmistakable, and her intelligence shows in the way she handles every situation with calm, confidence, and genuine care. Because of Wanda, I feel completely at ease knowing my mom is in good hands. The level of attention, kindness, and professionalism she provides makes Keswick feel less like a nursing home and more like a five-star retreat. She creates an environment where residents are treated with dignity, warmth, and respect — and where families feel supported every step of the way. Wanda is truly exceptional, and I’m deeply thankful for everything she does.

My personal experience has been wonderful. The staff is professional and caring. My mom is a patient and this is her second time being a patient. I am so pleased and thankful that she’s there. I can rest at night and not worry. Keswick is a lovely place. I would highly recommend this facility. Love their cleanliness also

I was in Keswick for 6 weeks recently and I can honestly say that the care was unsurpassed!!! This is actually my 3rd rehab that I’ve personally experienced and the BEST by far! The care is unmatched from housekeeping to food (Chef Lee is absolutely amazing in accommodating a vegan/gluten free diet) and the nursing staff is so very compassionate … the doctor is amazing as well! PT/OT helped me recover to the point of becoming independent which is so important to me. As you see, 5 Stars is not nearly enough as far as I’m concerned!

Horrible experience staff was never available some didn't seem to care. I put my call button on to get help to go to the bathroom and no one came. One day another patient saw how long my light was on and was kind enough to help me to the toilet. I had to wait 2 hours for pain medication and when I told them something was wrong my leg pain was unbearable they ignored me. If I didn't have my daughter to advocate I don't know what I would have done. She even contacted the complaint and DON and got no response. I gave them a two for the few kind workers I did encounter, but I would never advise anyone to come to this facility
