I’m very pleased with the care my wife was given. The staff was very friendly and kind to my wife. Her room was always cleaned. They had activities planned for the day that kept her involved and engaged with the other patients and staff. In between the activities there were physical therapy sessions. When I came to visit I was always greeted with a smile and how are you. I would recommend Creekside as a good place for recovery. It’s a very nice facility.
Unprofessional Service. Unsanitary rooms. Amanda wanted to make the decisions of everything when they don’t review the patient conditions before They provide the care these patients needs. I will give it a one or NO STAR. The man that does the Intake his name is JD came did the intake and then I ask him for towels cause my father wanted to take a shower, he came outside the room and never return with Anything and came to find out he went home. How sad is that!! The service TRASH!
I brought my mother here after she fell in a nearby town after attending a family funeral. She couldn't travel home after breaking her ankle in 3 places. After 2 weeks of hard work from her and from the team of therapists and nurses, she was able to get in and out of a car (non weight bearing on that leg) to travel back to her home city 3 hours away. I am still so grateful to the amazing people who looked after her and helped her while separated from her husband of 58 years. It made things easier for her during a bad time. Thank you Team Creekside!
Very sweet staff! I give special thanks to Tabitha and Ebony in the hospital part and Alex and Colton in rehab! They took especially great care of me! I appreciate everything y’all did for me in the short time that I got to stay there!!
I've never been a fan of hospitals , rehabilitations or nursing homes. But i can say this, Creekside caught me off guard. I was greeted by the receptionist and all staff i walked past. I had a family member there for a few weeks before and after his surgery. I honestly didn't think he was going home or at that even walking again. After weeks of being there he pushed through the pain started walking and was able to go home. So for that I want to thank all the therapists that encouraged him to get back on his feet. A huge thank you to Alex & Kolton ! You guys were very patient with him. He thanks yall very much.. Its also very hard to find a facility with bilingual staff, I'm glad he had staff that understood him & that he was able to communicate to when needed. That was also a big help for him while being there. I highly recommend this rehabilitation for any therapy or at that just any care needed. Again thank you so much !
