Belle Trace Senior Living community is truly wonderful, and a big part of that is thanks to Sandra. She has an exceptional talent for building a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel truly at home. Sandra works tirelessly to ensure that everyone’s needs are met and that the community stays engaged and vibrant. Her dedication and genuine care are evident in everything she does, and she has done an outstanding job ingraining herself in the community. It’s clear that Sandra’s passion for creating a nurturing and inclusive environment makes Belle Trace a special place for all residents.

Here today getting my mother in-law started. She ate lunch at the Bistro, which she loved the food, srtvice, and atmosphere. I was a patient here prior and the Bistro was top notch. Food and service always outstanding.

I love the community engagement opportunities offered through Bell Trace. It offers networking and professional development that has already proven its value in my life.

My mother in law was at Bell Trace Rehab facility for a week in August. While there, a UTI recurred. She was not tested until we insisted on it; in the morning, a doctor came in and asked my father in law, "Who in your family has a medical degree and thinks they can order tests?" The staff repeatedly ignored her gluten and dairy free diet; trays regularly came with a ticket saying, in bold letters, "Gluten and Dairy free," but including a glass of milk. I walked a bowl of sherbet to the kitchen one afternoon, and was told "Sherbet is non-dairy." (Sorbet is non-dairy; sherbet is made with milk) I asked to see the label, was brought a dish of oranges, and was told, "We give sherbet to non-dairy people all the time. We didn't realize it was dairy." No apology for what could have been a messy mistake! Finally, after 24 hours, her personality flipped from capable and strong to confused and disoriented. No effort was made to discover a cause, nor was any help offered.

We just left Bell Trace for home and I didn’t want to neglect writing about the excellent care Mom received from Stacey. Stacey was always pleasant, very loving and so compassionate. Mom really appreciated her, and we had such peace of mind during Mom’s stay.
