The team at LifeCare Boise has worked incredibly hard this past year, and the results show. The positive changes coming from their leadership team have made a noticeable difference in how they care for their residents and how they function as a clinical team. There’s a clearer focus on accountability, clinical excellence, and supporting staff, and it has created a better environment for everyone, especially the people who matter most, their residents. Seeing these internal improvements reflected in a five star CMS rating was a proud moment. Achieving that rating through real operational change, rather than just checking boxes, speaks to the strength of this leadership group. The teamwork between nursing, operations, quality, and support services is stronger, communication is more direct, and staff feel more empowered to raise concerns and help solve problems. The leaders challenge the process respectfully, listen when it counts, and follow through on commitments. These changes have supported better outcomes, higher standards, and ultimately the level of care our residents deserve. Proud of this team!

Atlas transportation has had a wonderful business relationship with Life Care Boise! Awesome staff! Addie the front desk is great. Austin in admissions is top notch. John the CEO/Administrator is a great man! We love working with this great partner in healthcare. They show great care for our senior population!!! 5 stars!!!

I can’t speak highly enough about the staff at Life Care Center. The kindness, professionalism, and a genuine sense of care from every nurse, caregiver, and support staff member who went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable, respected, and well cared for. They were always patient and attentive, whether it was answering our many questions, offering medical updates, or simply providing emotional support. It was clear they truly cared about their residents as individuals, not just patients. The compassion they showed made a challenging time much easier for our entire family. everyone is so nice there. I love the life care center of Boise. It is the best place that I would ever expect it to be if I have any relatives that ever lose the ability to care for themselves I would be more than grateful if the life care center would take them on, and I would love to be visiting there because they are so kind and so caring Especially to their guests.
