The food was awful and most of the staff had horrible attitudes. Not ever going back here, and believe that they should be shut down. Activities were subpar at best, transport was really good. Smelled awful of backed up sewer and dirty patient. CNAs were very inconsistent with basic stuff.

I am new to lakeview as adon and to be honest before starting here I thought this place was to good to be true. After 2 months at this facility I absolutely love it. We have a great team. We work together to give the best care for all of our residents. We have already became a family.

As a patient, decent food, bad nursing. The nurses arent necessarily rude or anything. They just seem so over worked and under staffed that people cant get the attention they need. Ive had medical issue for several days, and cant get anyone to help. They dont have the supplies I need, and wont call around to other homes. I ordered my supplies last week, and still never got them. Im supposed to go to dialysis tomorrow, but I cant because Ive never been able to resolve my issue. The place is need of a makeover. It's not bad, like its not falling apart. But you can tell its dated. Im supposed to talk with therapy, and Ive never even seen them. I dont think they have a physical therapy team. Could be a great place if the state would give them a better budget Im sure. Update I got sick tonight, out both ends (tmi, sorry). Ive been sitting in my own mess for about 2 hours now. They claim theyve tried to help me get cean, and I refused. But despite multiple calls to the nurse, NOBODY has helped. All I get are excuses why I have to wait.

Great end of life care for my Dad. The staff were great to work with. They were kind, gentle, and professional.

This place came real close to killing my son. He came down sick and when I spoke with a charge nurse I was told that he was not critical enough to send out. This place needs closed down. I wouldn't send a sick dog to this place
