MORNINGSIDE NURSING AND REHABILITATION CENTER

My grandmother has been staying here for the past few days and has had exceptional treatment and service. The facility is kept very clean and the nurses are very accommodating and attentive. I would recommend this rehab to any family looking for a location. A huge thank you to Augustin, Charles and their team who have truly made my grandmas experience amazing thus far.

Unfortunately while there are some nice staff, this facility has mastered the art of non-accountability. By this I mean there is no single staff person of authority (nurse or nursing supervisor) 2 days in a row. Your loved one's clothing WILL be stolen so do not bring anything attractive or new. They are to provide the ability to shower at least twice weekly.. this also does not occur. The CNAs have no trouble telling you they have no time for that. Speaking to the social worker does nothing. You will not receive a return phone call on any concern expressed. The bi-monthly staff meetings to discuss your loved one? These people have no clue who your loved one is. If you're loved one falls..be sure to visit for yourself for they will not bring a doctor in to see your loved one. You will be your loved one's primary care giver. The staff simply clean the floors,empty the trash, provide meals and meds. Nothing else. Record your interactions, you'll need it in the future.

Not only this is a great place with great people but everyone is nice and helpful. And I mean everyone. I've never been at a facility where there is not one complaint. They treat my mother like a star in here. I appreciate the whole place from security to transporters and the great workers. Very clean and thats a plus. Thank you very much. I personally want to thank the physical therapy team Reene and Jeskell for their hard work and caring for my mom. Resell was able to ok take my mom out of her sluggish mood and had her doing the physical therapy. Your hard work is very much appreciated and doesn't go unnoticed. The Reid family want to thank you guys from the bottom of our hearts.

I went to visit an elderly couple. Every staff I interacted with was courteous. The place upon entry is clean. More importantly, the residents' room I visited was immaculately clean. They seemed well cared for. This is a caring facility.

The best experience with a staff member I’ve ever had! Dianna was extremely helpful and diligent when it came to my questions and concerns. She reassured me in the choice I made of choosing to have care here, Big kudos to morningside for having such an exemplary employee with a positive attitude it’s pretty hard to find kindness these days so I wanna say thank you Dianna for all your help!
