Park Nursing & Rehab! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel comfortable and cared for. The nurses and aides are patient, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The therapists are incredible — so dedicated and encouraging, and they truly go above and beyond to help residents recover and feel stronger every day.
The facility is clean, welcoming, and full of warmth — it really feels like a community, not just a rehab center. Everyone treats the residents with so much respect and kindness. I’m so grateful for the care, compassion, and professionalism shown by the entire team. Ditmas Park is truly a gem! 💛
The place was clean from the front of the door to the top of the sixth floor. It was a nice and pleasant to know that my mom was in good hands. No harsh smells and everyone was approachable. The staff was incredible so, my hat goes off to the staff for doing an increditable job. The hours to visit your family is great along with security in front. I was given a sense of security that made this place the right decision for me to help get my mom back on her feet. Thank you to all of the staff. The Johnsons #620. ❤️
Compliments to Nurse Clark, Nurse Ingram, Nurse Katia, CNA Dorismond, CNA Walker for taking the most wonderful of care and concern for my husband GP, going way above and beyond. Also, high praise and compliments to Patricia and the physical therapist for helping my husband along the way to walking and making it easier for me to transfer and take care of him. Patricia thank you for your tireless fortitude and diligence when working with my husband. I appreciate the professional support and care of the social worker Ms. Francis. My only disappointment and reason for removing my husband from Ditmas was the SLP and the dietitian in not recognizing that my husband had lost a significant amount of weight and was under 100 pounds yet still could not eat by mouth and was literally being starved in front of my very eyes. Even my advocacy could not protect my husband from these two individuals (SLP and dietitian).
I came to do a dental exam on a patient and was very pleased with my interactions with both nursing staff and administrators. My patient seemed very well cared for and the room was very bright with windows overlooking plenty of greenery. A tree grows in Brooklyn is an understatement. Windows even opened.
Went to visit my mom & the service was immaculate from the security guard to the nurse & staff. They took great care of my mother, cleaned her up & made sure she had what she needed. They have a lot of storage space in the room for her personal belongings as well. If you’re looking for a rehabilitation center for your loved one check them out.
