DO NOT EVER SEND YOUR LOVE ONES HERE. I cannot believe a facility can get away with the things this home did. Left my mom soiled for hours. And then didn't even fully clean her. Room was always dirty. Broken equipment. Management did nothing about our complaints and then turned it around saying we were too aggressive. While my dad was out of town, they kicked my mom out by dropping her at the hospital and leaving her there unattended in the waiting room for hours!!! My mother is mentally impaired, cannot walk, and can barely talk and they left her by herself! Then said she wasn't allowed to come back! I have never dealt with such cruelty. Stay far away from this awful place!

This is my second trip here for re-hab. The place is clean, no odors. I have my mental alertness, and I’m pleased with care. The food is better than I thought it would be , nursing is very responsive. Therapists are committed, caring. I am not easy, but I’m grateful to be here. My family is pleased as well.💕

I would not send anyone here. My 98 year old daddy fell twice in 4 days and both times had to be taken to the ER. First time I was not given a clear picture of what happened but the second fall could have been prevented. Two CNA's are involved and it is because of their negligence that my daddy is in the hospital and fractured his hip. He has never experienced a broken bone and would have been discharged the Sunday after this happened on Tuesday. He had to have surgery and now has a questionable future as far as his healing and what this means as far as affecting how he will make out. There are several other concerns I could go into but the ones I shared should be enough to get an idea.

They need to watch their patients a lot better because my Mom has had several incidents that happened that should not have happened at all! Of people coming into her room. One while she was asleep and she had to get up and try to get her walker away from this man who was trying to take it by herself because evidently no other heard her calling out for help. Another one was someone came into her room and turned her bed down and was going to sleep in her bed bed she was roaming the place and came in Mother’s room. There has been a couple others incidents also but they put a sign up telling other patients not that come in unlocked she says it’s okay. I get really upset when she calls me very upset and doesn’t know what to do.So I call them and complain. My Mother doesn’t complain about anything to them and she helps out with her roommate because that’s the kind of lady she is. She gets up everyday and gets herself dressed and she walks around and feeds herself and I think she would be better in an assisted living facility with a memory unit so she could associate with people like her. If my Mother gets hurt by anyone there I may not be her POA, or her Responsible Person, in charge and have access to her medical information, and I may be down right now with my own serious health problems, but I will do whatever I can do to get that place taken care of in one way or another! I truly wish that she wasn’t there at all! From reading all of the reviews I am not the only person who feels this way! I will contact news reporters and anyone else that has authority to do whatever needs to be done to inform the public about this place. The one good thing that has happened is the new administrator there is very intelligent and caring and compassionate and seems to really care about these patients and this facility and we have emailed a few times and she was very interested in what was happening and she was going to check on everything and she gave me her phone number and told me to call her anytime at all to talk or discuss anything that is happening with my Mother. I think she will be good there. I wish her the very best and I wish the patients there well and safety and hope and faith. I wish all of the temporary patients who could there well and quick recovery and home again and for the permanent patients I wish them luck and kindness and understanding and good treatment always. God bless my Mother and the patients and the staff and everyone there.

I had a good experience overall at this facility. However, I was victim of two bad experiences prior to leaving. I was there for rehab on my right knee. The therapist were kind, caring, and committed people. My main therapist was Chris, who I was very impressed with. Facility was clean. The day I was leaving, I went in to say goodbye to everyone. To my surprise, this guy named Anthony told me he has had quite a few patients, but I was the loudest he has ever had! He said he could say what he wanted to, because I was leaving. In addition if I didn’t change, no one would want to work with me. If words could kill, I would never have been able to leave alive. However, I thank God that Anthony doesn’t determine my destiny. I wrote a grievance before I left. Some of my family tried to reach him but to no avail. They would like to know his reasoning for telling me that. I believe he is just a person with personal problems and thinks more highly of himself than he should. The other issue was with the kitchen. My breakfast was cold, so I had someone take me to the kitchen for lunch. I was cold and hungry. After waiting for a good 45 minutes, thinking I was going to be given a tray, the woman serving trays refused to give me one. I heard her ask another staff my name. I assumed they were preparing a tray for me. She just acted like I wasn’t even there until I asked her if they were preparing a tray for me. She told me no and said my tray was sent to the room. That was absolutely false, Practically in tears, I called my granddaughter in Charlotte, who had some food delivered to me. I pray no one else experiences what I experienced this day!
