I just want to thank all the caretakers @ Valley View for making my father’s life full of joy! He goes on outings, fishing, they have fun here with the patients, and my dad loves it there. This has made me so happy, because I live in KY, and can’t get there. They put me @ ease, call me with ANY problems, and I thank God for everyone who works there. I know in my heart, he couldn’t be @ a better facility!! THANK YOU VALLEY VIEW! ❤️🥰
Do not put your loved one here. They are horrible. My mom kept getting injured falling out of bed. It was very hard to communicate with her because they said the phone did not reach. Now she is gone and they will not return our phone calls. My brother and I had called several times and no return phone calls. They kept saying the final amount owed to us was in the mail and we still have not received any payment to finalize her funeral arrangements.
One of the best skilled nursing facilities in the state! Not only are the staff very knowledgeable about mental illness, they are compassionate and take the time to really get to know their residents.
Please never consider this place for your loved one. I would not even send my worst enemy here. The neglect my loved one is currently suffering is beyond comprehension and there is zero accountability. The place is disgusting.
All the bad reviews are lies I've been living here for almost a year. Never seen any kind abuse here. The place is pretty quiet and there is no kind of abuse. When I need help I get it. None of the employees are even using bad language. They always take care of us. And there is NO abuse here.
