This is a wonderful skilled nursing facility. All of the staff from top to bottom are kind and caring. The environment is very clean and welcoming. The medical treatment is top notch. My friend was there for 4 weeks and I can’t say enough good things about them. They go out of their way to be helpful and even have assisted me after she was discharged. I have been extremely happy with them.

I can't say enough good things about the American River Center! The care my loved one received during their stay was outstanding. The staff were not only professional but also incredibly compassionate and attentive. They truly go above and beyond to ensure the comfort and well-being of their residents. The facility itself is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, creating a positive environment for recovery. I was particularly impressed by the variety of activities offered, which kept residents engaged and active. Communication with the nursing team was excellent; they always kept us informed and were responsive to any questions or concerns we had. It’s clear that they genuinely care about the residents and their families. I highly recommend American River Center to anyone looking for a skilled nursing facility. Thank you for all that you do!

My aunt was at ARC for 6 months before transferring to a permanent assisted living facility and the staff could not have been more friendly or helpful, special thanks go to Mary and Maggie in the social services Department. They were incredible helping me navigate the complexities of all the government programs and finding a permanent home for my aunt. They showed true compassion and were truly a Guiding Light!

My mom had a stroke and we picked this facility per recommendations from nursing staff at Sutter, reviews and we took a tour. My mom was there for 90 days and she had an amazing experience from Rehab (Ben), nursing care and Admin staff (Mary and Maggie). She also made lifelong friendships and she didn’t want to leave. I strongly recommend ARC if you have a loved one that needs care.
