LAURELS OF CARSON CITY

-Overall, our experience at The Laurels of Carson City was highly positive in all dimensions. In its capacity as a skilled care rehabilitation facility, it rocked for our needs. -The nursing staff and health care aides were highly experienced in care management, professional, very helpful, and person to person friendly in daily (24 hour) coverage. They’ve see it all. We felt confident that we were in good medical hands 24/7. -The primary purpose for being there was physical/occupational therapy. We’ve had much experience w/ PT/OC over many years. Simply said, we’ve never experienced better than the Laurels PT/OC Team. We’re grateful to have been their client and deeply appreciate their patience, professionalism, and honesty in evaluating progress. Great crew!! -Also noteworthy was our experience w/ the on-site speech therapist who miraculously transformed a facial droop to a practically normal appearance. The result was definite WOW! A thank you is an understatement. You rock!! -The Laurels administration, from the business side and marketing, to front desk, to social services, to daily activities coordinators, to food service, to transport, to housekeeping, to laundry etc., never ever let us down, to a person. -Lastly, a journey at The Laurels would not be complete without honorable mention about fellow residents, a big beautiful cross section of humanity, mostly in the same or similar boat. We all had our oars in the water rowing hard and fast toward an objective. We may never see one another again, but we can never forget our common experience. Unforgettable people!! Unforgettable journey!! Ever so grateful to have had this life affirming experience!! Cheers!!!!

My mother in law stayed a couple of times at Laurel’s of Carson City for respite. They were great taking care of her and she enjoyed her time there! Business Office Manager, Kim Kellogg, has gone above and beyond to provide our family with resources and support! She truly cares about her patients and their families. She is very knowledgeable about insurance and works to find a solution. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Kim!

The staff at Carson City were great! From day one of admitting with Cheyenne, to meeting with Kim in the business office. The nursing staff, you Rock! Your caring and compassion for our mother in the short time she was there, will never be forgotten. From all of us in our family, Thank you so very much! Bless you all.

Everyone is great and positive. I have always been happy here and never had a down moment. It is a wonderful place.

I have nothing bad to say about the facilities at laurels of Carson City. You're on a tip top shape. They take care of you. Take care of your needs. They're just there for you even for just a friend. I enjoyed my stay there so much even though I was away from home but when I went in there, I could not walk. And I left I could walk and drive and live my life normally now after my big fall. I just wanna thank everybody there. There's so many names that I can't put them all into one place. I just appreciate every one of you. Thank you
