ROLLING HILLS CARE CENTER

It has been 6 months and my Mom is still locked down in this facility. We can't get in and she can't come out. The owner has had 6 months to create a reopen plan. However, I have yet to receive a single piece of mail from him showing a plan to reopen for family to see their loved ones. Despite multiple calls to his office, he has yet to call me back. My mother is rapidly declining and mentally giving up. She is now on hospice and may not have much time left. I want the owner to please do something!

Tried to go see my nanny and they kicked me out cause I had my emotional support dog with me. Not very friendly staff the lady was really rude about it. Will not come back and I wouldn't put my family members in this place either. I have taken my dog to other nursing homes and never had that issue.

This is a terrible place for loved ones. If the patient asks for pain medicine, water, or even crackers, it never shows up. There’s a problem of the patient never gets their pain meds. Where are they going, who has them?! If patient’s rooms are in a certain area of the building, they don’t have reception for the business portable phone, so the nurses would need to actually bring their own cellular phone for patients to use. These patients are old and in pain, they cannot walk to the main phone. So, if no one wants to offer their phone for use, they just take a message saying the patient is resting and offer to have them call us back….which never ever ever happens. They have not answered their main line on numerous occasions. My cousin and I spent a full day calling off and on and no one ever picked up the phone. I have many more stories, but the bottom line is, this place is disgusting and should be closed for good.

My Sister in law has had her Mother in this facility for months! Since Corona virus she has declined fast and they will not answer calls or let her face time with her so she can see her condition. This is the only way a loved one can know how their parent is doing. This is unexceptable and this Care Center needs to help give families peace of mind!

My daughter and son has NOT been able to see their grandmother in 6 months!!! She is going down hill and they are being robbed of time with her!! Something NEEDS to be put in place so that they and their mother can see her!!!!!!! There have many "we are trying " told to their mother with No results !! Now they wont even return a phone call to let us know she is ok!!!!!!!
