I want to give a huge shoutout to Shanice M., one of the nurses caring for my mom. She is truly exceptional--always kind, compassionate, and has such a wonderful sense of humor that brightens my mom’s entire day. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does and cares deeply for her patients. She knows just how to make my mom feel comfortable and cared for, and that means the world to our family. Since coming to this nursing home, my mom has been absolutely thriving-- and I know Shanice’s care and positivity have played a big part in that. I also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the rest of the staff for all that they do every single day. It’s clear that they work hard to make sure residents feel safe, supported, and loved. Shanice, thank you for your incredible dedication and kindness-- you’ve made such a positive difference in my mom’s life and in ours! 💚

The nurses, Mary and Debra, along with all the CNA’s took excellent care of my mother. The social worker, Brandi, and all the management team really care about the residents and do their best to provide a safe and nurturing environment.

They have some nice people who work there and actually care for the people there. As for the physical therapy I'd say it's below average. Regina can't be focused on her patients while she's on the phone.... personal calls shouldn't be allowed while doing therapy. They don't advocate for their patients, and I understand it's more of a business than a care rehabilitation facility. However, the patients and their care should be more important than it currently is.

I do not recommend this place at all!! My grandpa was there for rehab for less than 72 and became severely dehydrated and malnourished . I left a complaint within and they said they would call after they “investigated” it well I’ve never got a call back which I'm not surprised.

Horrible. My Dad was admitted here for rehabilitation after he broke his leg. They refused him the meds the hospital prescribed him. He was also supposed to be on oxygen and they didn’t believe him when he told them there wasn’t any coming out until he put the tube in water and no bubbles came out. Several times he tried to get a nurse to help him move around while I was on the phone with him, the nurse button either got turned off or it didn’t work so he had to yell for help. The nurses finally came in after he yelled a few dozen times telling him not to yell or to be so hateful. Due to inadequate help, my Dad ended up going back to the ER. Either these were several unfortunate events that occurred within a couple of days, or this place is just horrible. I would not want any of my loved ones under “care” like this. I wish I could give negative stars.
