My first experience was pleasant at this facility. The moment I walk in,everyone has a smile and they greet you! I have a family member who was admitted and I’m forever grateful for Mrs. Kimberly for taking such great care of them. When I called after hours,I’m able to chat with them and when there’s food to be delivered Mrs. Kimberly makes sure that’s it’s delivered! Mrs.Kimberly goes above & beyond and I can sleep at night knowing my love one is being taken care of with love!

I knew this place would be the perfect place for grandmother, but when I was able to speak with and experience Ms. Kim, that really sealed the deal for me. My grandmother can be quite the handful at times but she always raves about Ms. Kim and how she is so hands on and you can tell that this more than just a job for her. She excels at making this place feel warm and inviting and cares deeply for all the residents and treats them all with the same love she would treat her own family. We love you Kim!

My review is for Kim! She is the best and has always been. Everyone loves her and its so understandable why. She picks up on others jobs like its NOTHING, she cares for her residents deeply and I have seen her go above and beyonce without looking for anything in return. Time and time again im proven that whenever you mention elevate care, you HAVE TO mention Ms. Kim

This review is for the one and only, Ms. Kim! Her professionalism and willingness to get things done is very comforting! When im there, its like being with family! I can honestly say that shebtakes pride in making sure my mom is taken care of. I had my mom transferred to Elevate Care after feeling like she wasn't being properly cared for at another facility. Now, if I need anything or have any questions, I got to Ms. Kim and can feel at ease knowing she's seeing to it that I get answers! Thank you again for your kind heart and joyful spirit! 💝
