My sister stayed at Paul House for Hospice. The staff at Paul House were very attentive and caring during this difficult time for my family. She agreed to do hospice at Paul House because she recalled the good care my mother had there when she was admitted under similar circumstances many years ago when it was St. Paul’s. It was good to see that Paul House has continued with their excellent care for their most vulnerable patients.

From assisted living, to skilled nursing, they offer 24/7 nursing care and physical therapy / occupational / speech therapy for the residents. Kind and compassionate management and care teams will ensure you have quality care in place. Lovely community with newly remodeled spaces.

I feel very lucky to have found Paul House for my mother. From day one, she has received the care she needs to remain active and stay healthy. Staff is attentive and they have gotten to know my mom as a person, which has helped in making a good connection with her roommate and in regard to activities she now partakes in. My mom was living in a supportive living space that promised her the world and did not deliver (to say the least) and it is very encouraging to see her so well taken care of. She looks healthier than she has in over a year! While we were told upon moving into the supportive living space that she would be provided with a new walker, after asking three times and not getting one, she received a new walker and a wheelchair for long travels from Paul House on the DAY she moved in! Any questions I have come across, have been answered right away and I have never felt like I am a bother when I do have questions or concerns. I found Paul House on a total whim, while touring another facility that was much outside of our means. I showed up and asked to take a tour without an appointment, and spoke with a resident and her daughter while I was waiting to see Paul House. I was told the woman I spoke with has lived there for over a year and her family feels she is safe there. I agree and my mom also agrees; she feels safe at Paul House and she feels she is being treated well and getting the care she needs. The fact that I do not need to worry about my mom and that I know she is being treated with respect and dignity means everything to our family. Mel in the business office, Gerald in Admissions, and the Activities Director, Esperanza, have all gone above and beyond for my mom. The CNA's are always friendly and also go above and beyond and I could not be more grateful that an oftentimes extremely difficult transition has been met with ease, understanding, and kindness as well as attentiveness and efficiency by the team at Paul House.

My mother Evelyn passed away August 2024 after residing at Paul House (formerly St. Paul's House) for close to ten years. Having visited other nursing homes I will unequivocally state it was a blessing to have her as a resident, she received quality, compassionate care from day one til her last afternoon. Excellent communication from the staff, as her primary care advocate I was kept in the loop, invited to care meetings, and staff was responsive to my questions, concerns, and requests. Especially stellar is the head of nursing, Tina Bosch RN. Never did I ever feel I was a bother when I phoned to inquire about my mother. No place is perfect but at Paul House I never worried about poor care, mom was well taken care of. Thanks to all who helped mom during her final years.

Mel is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I appreciate her taking the time to educate me on my mom's rights and supportive services for Dianna, my mom. I love Paul's House for my mother. This home is super clean. My mom eats all of her food and my mom is always smiling. The entire staff and administration is beyond phenomenal. I wish that I would have known about Paul's House years ago. May God continue to bless this awesome facility.
