My grandfather was abused and neglected here. He had bruises all over his body. The CNAs always have excuses. He says the ladies hit him. The place smells horrible and the lady who mops uses the same mop water on all floors. Its so disgusting and literally looks like a scene from a scary movie. My grandfather had to be transferred to Humble Park Hospital several times because they always mess up his feeding tube or he needs to get xrays due to them hurting him. I hate every worker in this place because they are all lazy, unprofessional, and abusive. The owner is always turning a blind eye. They have SEVERAL complaints and Citations from the state. They always receive low scores during inspections. If you go on the Medicare website you can read each and every complaint they received. From workers abusing patients, bus drivers not strapping residents in during transfers (resulting in falls and broken bones), improper wound care and SO MUCH MORE!..... PLEASE DO NOT ADMIT YOUR FAMILY MEMBER HERE!!!!! Its so sad to see a place like this still open.

The receptionist said my "kids should play in traffic" and to "never call again" when we called about one of their vehicles blocking the road. This facility routinely blocks the road in non-emegency situations. We have never been rude or even short with staff, but they are actively hostile to their neighbors and dangerous. Additionally, their staff van runs the stop sign in front of the preschool at the end of the block. We will continue to contact the alderman about this facility.

Whoever answered the phone when I called with an inquiry was very rude. Additionally, their ambulance/transport vehicles often don’t park properly or block part of or the entire street in NON emergency situations. It is also worrisome that I have witnessed one of their drivers not stop properly at a stop sign nearby. There’s a children’s school next door! I do not have a relative in their care and sadly cannot recommend this place to anyone

It's a good place it's clean and the personel are professional and kind .the only part is the parking is difficult to find parking in the area Spanish speaking employees as well is a very good thing.

Bilingual staff, compassionate staff, all the needs for your loved ones are met, one of the best nursing homes in Chicago.
