Pineview has incredible staff, and the new management team is wonderful. They take time to speak with you wherever there's an issue. The nurses are attentive, listen to your concerns and promptly address any problems. The staff at Pineview make you feel completely safe leaving your loved ones in their care. This place is truly a blessing for me and my family. While you often hear negative things about nursing homes FutureCare Pineview is truly exceptional. Problems can happen anywhere, but when you ask to speak to the DON or Administrator, they are always there to listen and help. Thank you FutureCare Pineview fir relieving some of my stress and giving me peace of mind knowing my mom is in good hand's. I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends. Thank you to all of you.

My father has been on the 4th floor for a few months, and the Activity Department never disappoints. They always keep the residents engaged, whether it’s small groups like playing cards with other men or big events. When I visited on 9/5, he was outside petting roosters, eating funnel cake, and enjoying a balloon dog from Cowboy Joe the clown. I even got a plate of food myself! Thank you to the Activity Department for keeping my dad active and happy. It means so much to see him enjoying life instead of just sitting in his room. You truly care, and it shows.

The staff at Pineview are not only professional but also very compassionate in the way they care for the residents. The activities staff do an outstanding job bringing joy, laughter, and meaningful engagement every day. It’s wonderful to see residents so happy and active—this truly feels like a place where people are cared for like family.

I have a loved one who is currently in the facility on the respiratory level and everyday I wish there was different option for care. Majority of the nurses do not respond in a timely manner. When asking for help, they continually tell you that someone is coming but it takes over 30min for the help to arrive (I had an instance where I asked my loved one’s nurse to have the respiratory therapist to come in and check on them, after 45 minutes of waiting, I went to ask the respiratory therapist directly to be informed that the nurse never communicated the request). They must not do a good job at passing report because frequently, they say “that was a different shift, so I do not know”when asked question about their patient. Equipment and appearance is outdated; metal beds, chipped and heavily scuffed paint, ventilation systems. The staff does not update the in-room boards regularly so there are times I come in to visit and the board displays the team from 4+ days ago, and when asked for the board to be updated, it takes 2+ hours. I called the facility to speak with the DON regarding the teams performance, left my name and number, but never received a call back. Not every staff member is bad. There are a few who have made our experience more palatable; Velma (Concierge), Allison (Nurse), and Linda (3-11 Charge Nurse). Overall I would not recommend this facility. If this is the only option as it has been for my family I highly suggest as a family member to make your presence known, continuously advocate for your loved one’s, utilize the video call option when not able to visit in person, remain in the room during clean ups, take pictures (environment and of loved ones), and document interactions (vitals, medications, dosages, who said what and when).
