If I could give a -100 I would!! This place is so disgusting and horrible. My 92 year old was transferred here after an arm amputation. When I got there he was left sitting on the bed with his legs hanging down. When it came time for dinner, they didn't bring him anything to eat. We had to ask. The next morning when I got there he was still laying in bed. I washed him up and got him situated. By then it was close to 10am, and No breakfast. We asked why didn't he get any food. There response was, oh do you want to eat. We'll get the kitchen to make you something. The same thing went on for the evening and following morning and night. I can go on and on with the same thing happening. But what put us over the top, was when my dad told me, " we need to get the hell out of here!" He told me 2 of he CNA's had been rough with him. One who told him you want to get out of bed, I'll get you out and grabbed him and put him in a headlock. I confronted both of them. Asking what happened to my Dad? Both said nothing, yet one of them said they had to report it to a lawyer. I said, if nothing happened, why did you report it! The other CNA stated this is why we have 2 of us come in the room, so we have a witness. I said and where is my Dads witness? Look how upset he is. They swore that they didn't mistreat my dad. But that he was the one being hostile. We took him out of the deplorable facility. I feel so sorry for the patients/residents who have to be there and No one to advocate for them. The photos the have on the website are nothing what that place looks like. It should honestly be shut down. 9/7/25
If I could rate a -10, I would. My mother-in-law has been there for a couple of weeks and has dementia. The facility is old, filthy and not maintained. The workers (I don't think they have licensed nurses) are unattentive and dismissive. We have visited my mother-in-law 3 times. We have to request that they get her out of bed at 11:30am, bathe and change her. Other 2 times, she had soiled herself and they hadn't been in to even check on her. If you are seeking mental health care (i.e. dementia, alzheimers, etc), I highly DO NOT recommend this facility. They don't even provide the basics as far as care is concerned. In addition, the patients are dangerous. Many are angry and use foul language. My husband witnessed 2 women patients get into a physical altercation. In those circumstances, either staff is not there or they are and don't react or address.
Covering a shift. Staff was very attentive and kind to the residents. Dietary was responsive to special requests or replacement orders. Housekeeping kept the rooms clean and sanitized.
My friend and I went 2 days ago to visit another friend that's in there there were no railings on his bed he got up and fell. I believe they said it was the night before or that morning. They didn't send them to the hospital. An hour after we left his sister called me to say he's in the hospital and he passed away. He probably had a punctured lung from a broken rib
Clean, Organized and our Love one was Happy and Smiling when we visited, each month we see improvements.
