Jennifer the lead administrator is very rude!!!! I watched her talk down to a delivery driver , trying to deliver food to a resident. The delivery driver wasn’t lost and knew exactly where to go and Jennifer teased and laughed at her while shouting “ma”am” ! The driver was doing her job , but Jennifer continued to bagger her with a co-worker !!! And later used the residence phone (who is handicap) by the way to harass and call the drivers phone!!!! What kind of facility are you running? I will be sure to reach out to corporate to get some answers!!!! And please re-train Jennifer the lead administrator in building 1 on how to talk to essential workers and also not to use the residence person phone to make phone calls and text!!! Unbelievable!!!!
**PLEASE READ** I can't stress enough how terrible this skilled nursing facility is! The unprofessional behavior is shocking, with multiple lawsuits hanging over their heads. To make matters worse, the director of nursing bullies the staff, creating a toxic environment that nobody should have to work in. I wouldn't even think about bringing my loved ones here; it's clear they don't prioritize quality care or respect for both residents and staff. Please, for the sake of your family, find a better place!
I can't say much good about this place I can't say everyone there is bad but for my experience for my father it's been a rollercoaster. The staff lies in your face about your family members I on hand seen that. My father is in the hospital as we speak because he fell of his bed just had surgery and all nurses reported was he was shacking. Didn't tell the ambulance that he just had spinal surgery just let them leave the hospital in false statements that he was having alcohol withdrawal. I'm not one to usually rate anybody business especially with one star but I am really hurt with what my dad has been threw the last week and ahalf and that's not even all of it.
My mother got A feeding tube placed in her. Ans now’s she’s died ! Post corona was supposed to maintain cleanliness on her tube. Due to them, not keeping the open wound hygiene, clean enough she created an infection. The worst part is that the only reason why my mother was sent out was because I requested it and along the way in the ambulance, she threw up. I live far away, but I had a bad feeling considering she wasn’t physically talking when I saw her the day before. The other worst part is when you place her in a location, small town like Corona. The only local hospital is Corona regional hospital ,wich is another death trap! I asked that Location to move my mother to Temecula hospital closer to where I live, and it was a medical Necessity due to a specialist for her feeding tube NOT being available in the hospital for 13 days. Corona regional never really knew the cause of the problem because they didn’t have the specialist available. And that hospital created this nonsense, legalities and protocols to Physically move her out of there, which would’ve been days !!!! But meanwhile by then my mom created a larger infection and her ither organs became compromisedans she became septic and passed away. 😔They claim that they were able to do an operation on her, but why even bother if she would’ve just suffered more. Basically, in case of a real emergency, you DO NOT want to send them To Corona regional….When they leave post acute corona …. If it’s between corona or Hemet, The only choices you may have unfortunately you’re better off going to hemet. There is better hospital choices Closer to that area. For the sake of your loved ones do not send them to Corona post acute ! Nor Corona regional hospital! RIP my beautiful mother I miss her so much.
If I could give this center a ZERO I would. This is the most DISGUSTING & UNPROFESSIONAL rehabilitation center ever. Many things are wrong with this place but here are major factors. 1. COCKROACHES! There were roaches on the CURTAINS. This place serves food!! Who’s to say if the curtains have roaches that the kitchen doesn’t? Our loved ones are living in a place that instead of healing them could possibly make them sick!! 2. NOT ENOUGH OUTLETS!! This place initially told my grandmas insurance that they WERE EQUIPPED to care for someone on OXYGEN & a TPN. When we got there, each patient only has TWO outlets. So one for the bed & one for either your oxygen or tpn. Because of this they had my grandmas TPN context to her VIA EXTENTION CORD. That’s absolutely ridiculous!! How can you be equipped to care for someone on oxygen and TPN WITH ONLY 2 OUTLETS?! 3. NO ONE WRITES ANYTHING DOWN. Nothing is RECORDED. Because my grandma wasn’t being given anything by mouth, she was given insulin via IV port. Well in the 48 hours she was there no one knew if she was given her insulin or not. Because of this when we removed her, EMS recorded her sugar at 489!! 4. They do NOT care about your loved ones. They had my grandmas bed on the floor because she is a fall risk and nobody goes in to check up on them. UNLESS YOU SRE THERE, THEY DONT CARE. WHATEVER YOU DO, PLEASE TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES ELSE WHERE!!
