My father was a resident at Windsor for almost three months. When he got there he was using a feeding tube to get his nutrition, and was very weak. With the help of their amazing staff and therapists like Allison, the speech therapist, he was able to get his feeding tube removed, and gain the strength to move into an assisted living facility. The crew at Windsor was great to work with and they were so kind to my father. Communication was some times like playing the game of telephone. In person was the best way to get information, over the phone was a little tricky to get folks to talk to me. They are really busy there. Even though they were busy and at full capacity, they still gave my father the attention he needed.

The whole staff was helpful and encouraging. The nurse, Diana, who was in charge of room 303, my husband's room, was excellent. We had every confidence in her abilities and she always kept us informed and explained things to us.
This place is drama gossip within employees complaining about their job in front of the patients and that they're not paid enough to do what they're doing then they need to find another job to accommodate some don't have no respect education in behaving in front of people. Just cuz you work a couple of years you don't own the place you have a boss and a boss has a boss
Patients pay to get treated with respect and dignity and there's one girl that does not have that she has an attitude problem!!!!
I would never place another family member in THIS PLACE 😞😡
BEWARE of this place!! I would give it ZERO stars. My father was asking two nurses for help getting him back into bed because he was pooping himself in the hallway. The nurses just stood there until I had to go grab an admin. DO NOT USE

& Rehabilitation Center Of Corpus Christi was a truly positive experience. After her surgery, the staff were incredibly attentive and patient, guiding her through the recovery process with a personalized approach. They kept us informed every step of the way, which eased our anxieties considerably. The facility itself was clean, comfortable, and had a welcoming atmosphere that made her feel supported and motivated to regain her independence. We are grateful for the care she received and would highly recommend this center to anyone needing rehabilitation services."
