I want to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude to the amazing caregivers and staff at NorthCrest Living Center for the love and care you showed my father Vicente Escobar.” From the very beginning, you treated him with kindness, dignity, and respect. You comforted him through the hard days and celebrated the small victories along the way. Your compassion, patience, and dedication brought peace to both him and our family. It takes a truly special kind of heart to do what you do every day—to care for others as if they were your own family. Thank you for being there, for your gentle words, and for the comfort you gave in ways you may not even realize. Till his last day. We will always remember your kindness and the difference you made in my father’s life—and in ours. The Escobar Family 💙

We had a great experience at Northcrest when my mom broke her leg and had to go to a skilled care facility! The management was very thorough, the food was excellent, they had plenty of staff that showed they are caring, comforting and responsive to our needs. The physical therapy team was overly helpful with getting her through therapy and getting her physically able to return home. It is clean and easy to get around. The size of the facility was perfect for our family and visitors. It has that hometown feeling that you don’t get in large facilities! We want to say thank you to all the staff for everything they did for us. Keep doing a great job!

I am actually pretty disappointed in this place. My grandfather has been in this facility for a total of 4 days… 2 meals he has not been fed in his first 24 hours of being there… his oxygen that is suppose to be at a 6 was at a 2.. Deniese the don was very kind stating that she would address and fix the issue, when “the administrator” (who refuses to give a name) calls stating I am lying and that he was fed all while being rude and me trying to explain that there was family there through and after lunch and nothing was given to him. Then today I needed to speak with her in regards to his “menu” because I filled one out yesterday she then was rude continually and I apologized and stated I felt she was being rude. She became argumentative and passive aggressive.. any administrator that talks to family like that I worry would talk to the elderly like that. Hopefully this facility turns itself around and this administrators Attitude gets an adjustment.

My relative heard them say outside of his room that they don't need to take care of him because he is going to die anyway. He was there for rehab and wasn't on hospice. I was appalled so I contacted the director of nursing at 1030 pm on a Sunday. She was horrified that something like that could happen at her facility, the administrator contacted me a few minutes later. They made sure that something like that didn't happen again and my relative was well taken care of for the rest of his stay.

Mother was here for almost 3 years. Was always clean. Staff up to supervisors were very friendly and helpful. Other than would have liked to have been home she didn’t mind it there.
