I can’t say enough good things about the Respiratory Rehab Center! The staff here are absolutely excellent—caring, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond for the residents. The facility itself is spotless, with clean and spacious rooms that make it feel comfortable and welcoming. There are also plenty of fun activities and great amenities that keep everyone engaged and happy. It truly feels like a community that cares. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-quality care and a positive environment!

My grandmother was a resident at R&R recently, she had an amazing experience. The nurses and cnas were very kind and attentive. The facility never smelt bad when I would come to visit, it was always very nice and clean. I would recommend in the future.

My mom arrived 4 days ago…in those 4 days -Not Washed up regularly-she smells -Needs to be Rotated every few hours-is not -Breasts Completely exposed when I came in Sunday. Don’t know how long she was like that or who saw while walking by. -They gave us a plate of food Friday, and I fed her a few bites-come to find out that was a mistake. She could have aspirated and died -CNA who brought food into room stated she didn’t know she was paralyzed-do staff not read charts before entering rooms?! I watched that same woman clean my mom up after a bowel movement. And you don’t know when someone can’t move?? -Waiting 3/4 days for uti testing and results while she’s VERY delirious because of it-is not ok Not happy with this place to say the LEAST

I am a short term resident here, and I have nothing but good things to say about this faculty. I have worked with the rehab department Eric,Ri, Karen and Paula worked very hard to get me where i am today. The nursing staff are amazing and very attentive to my needs. Casey the nurse is one of a kind and cares tremendously about each resident. The CNAl is always there to help whenever I needed. The recreation department has provided us all with wonderful activities to keep us engaged. There was always something going on. The Recreation director Sherrye is always there for us with news letters, programs, events and she goes out of her way to help in any way she can. Amanda the kitchen director is wonderful and try’s so hard and is attentive to our food preferences. Food product has gotten better..Don the nursing director was very accommodating and understanding with my needs. I can not say enough good things about this place and how they make you feel like family. I am leaving to go home soon but actually will miss this place and sad to leave.

I am a L/T resident here I have been here for a year in May. When I came her I was very depressed and weighed only 72 pounds. I have worked with many staff members and formed trust and friendship with them. I work with Paula from therapy and she is very caring. And supportive with my needs in therapy. I like all the 1 north nurses and CNA they are always willing to help and whatever my needs are they are right there for me. we have a new DON for about a year now and administrator for about 6 months they are very helpful and Moe the admistrator is right there if I have concerns and fixes any issues that I may have in a timely manner. The food options and quality have gotten much better over the year. Sherrye the recreation director and her staff has brought me out of my comfort zone. I have made so many friends and I volunteer at the consignment. Shop and corner store. Recreation offers a variety of programs and if we make suggests sherrye makes it happen. I am at a normal weight now. I feel I have a purpose and I belong here. This place feels like family to me
