DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONE HERE. The nursing staff are constantly on their phone and incredibly rude. I witnessed call buttons going off constantly while staff ignored them. I even asked " do you need to answer that?" they replied "no, its just a call button" They had their phones open constantly and watched videos while pretending to work on a computer in the hall, they cleaned the kitchen with one hand while watchin a tv show, they had long loud conversations in communal areas in their native tongue My mother's feet were black from shuffling along the corridors the floors. They left piles of paper towels on the floor that collected a spill while they sat and scrolled in the common area sofa scrolling The doctor prescribed a med that was on my Mother's "do not administer list" I called 4 days in a row to speak to a Dr about my mothers care, I was never called back. The Nursing Supervisor was particularly rude and poorly informed of my mothers care. It was appauling I showed up to discharge my mother and neither the doctor nor the social worker showed for the mtg. The speech pathologist and the Physical therapist were very nice. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place and think it's absolutely abhorrent that the nursing staff are even allowed their personal devices on duty. Its so sad that this is the level of care that some elderly are reduced to.

Please read to bottom that’s where you will really see how bad this place is. This place abused my Aunt and neglected her. My Aunt went to this place on June 19, 2025. She was only in there for 3 hours when it all started to go down hill. I get a call from her, she tells me no one is coming to take her to the bathroom. She tells me she has been waiting for over an hour. So while I was on phone I ask her to call again on the call button plus to holler out loud and tell them she needs help. I was on the phone with her for 20 minutes and no one ever came. I went for my visit on June 20,2025 and the nurses were fighting very loud out in the hallway screaming and yelling on who wasn’t going to take my aunt to the bathroom. It was awful how the nurses was acting childish. I reported the two nurses for fighting out in the hallway nothing occurred. All they said is they would look into it. A doctor witness the fight. I also ask about getting her a cup of ice water. They told me they didn’t have no ice. The ice machine was broken and they was not planning on fixing it. They were serving them warm water. They told me that I could bring a bag of ice in and put her name on it and put it in the freezer. So I did bring a bag of ice in. The next day my aunt was still upset because no one gave her a bath again. She also had problems that day with no one taking her to the bathroom? It was almost impossible to get anyone to take her to the bathroom. Even though they knew when she came there that she would need help with this and they were told that she would need assistance ahead of time.. I had visit that day and she was not happy. Sunday I decided I was gonna stay home and not visit. By 10 o’clock in the morning, she called me complaining that no one was taking her to the bathroom and that she asked for ice water and they wouldn’t even give that to her. Even though I had already brought a bag of ice in for her. They still refused to give her ice water. I called up and talked to one of the emissions Director. She was the only one that actually tried to help, out of that whole place. Her name is Siara Brinkley. She should be running the place. I told her about my aunt not getting ice water and I also told her about my aunt not having a shower yet. She informed me that she was supposed to get a shower the day before and that was her shower day. But no one gave it to her because all the nurses and nurses assistance are incompetent of doing anything. It’s so bad that Sisra Brinkley she’s admissions Director actually is the one that gave my aunt a bath and shower that day and washed her hair. Because no one else would do it . She felt so bad for my Aunt she did it her self. But by that night, more stuff happened, the nurses that were on duty that night, decided they weren’t gonna take my Aunt to the bathroom again . So my aunt decided to get up on her own and she fell, hit her head and whin up having to get transported to the hospital. The thing is, when the nurse finally did show up they wouldn’t even call an ambulance for her. She had to call me tell me that she fell and hit her head so hard she got a little disoriented and that she couldn’t even get back up in the bed by herself. And that I needed to call an ambulance for her. The nurse came back in while I was on the phone with her. I asked to speak to her. I asked her why no one took my aunt to the bathroom and that this accident should’ve never happened. She said she was too busy trying to get my aunt straightened out. I asked her what her name was. She refused and said she did not have no name. I asked her again what her name was she refused again and said I don’t have a name. Then she hung the phone up on me. My Aunt asked them to call an ambulance and they refused. She said the nurse came in the room, yelled and hollered her because she was wet and she told her she shouldn’t of got out of bed, then picked her up off the floor and literally threw her in the bed. Please do not send your loved one here. If you care for them

Horrible place. Friend of mine family member ended up in the hospital. Refuse to take her to the bathroom, give a bath. In fact the administrator went and had to give her a bath because the nurses were too lazy to do it! Refuse to even give ice water! If you care about your love ones STAY AWAY!

My mother in law was here for 5 years. The nursing staff took very good care of her while she was here. The aids work hard and are very conscientious about their responsibilities to the patients. The people we encountered every department were personable and friendly. If we did have any concerns they were addressed right away. They are always willing to listen to any ideas to help the patients. I would highly recommend this facility.

Please do not subject your loved ones to this facility. Objectively a center for elder abuse. Zero management presence. Social worker is completely incapable of caring for anybody responsibly, and actively makes lives harder for every person here. Absolutely despicable. Edit: regarding the facility's response to my review ... Shameful to lie to people like that just to try and look good. I have absolutely been to the facility many times to visit somebody over multiple stays there. I'll gladly draw you a floor plan from memory if you need convincing. Just because you, person responding on the Internet, didn't talk to me and learn my name doesn't mean you can accuse me of lying. Feel free to check your visitor log and you'll see my name in there a handful of times. I do know that we spoke up on countless occasions about all sorts of issues and that not only did they never get addressed, the problems only worsened. Staff has no management oversight and is often just standing around. My relative would press the call button maybe once or twice a day to get help for things like, you know, going to the bathroom, and it would take well over an hour for somebody to respond. Sometimes 2+ hours. We tried talking with the social worker on site and they were highly unresponsive and otherwise often fairly incompetent. Getting paperwork done for discharge took constant nudging. They took responsibility for ordering the correct medical bed for my relative moving into a different location and, the day before the move, let us know that they hadn't ordered it yet. They had weeks to do it and simply ignored the task! Since nobody there has a telephone line to call, we wrote emails to try and get help and they all got ignored. And since you responded trying to falsely discredit me, I'll gladly add a couple more things here for people that read this and are considering the facility for a loved one: - the parking lot and sidewalks are rarely if ever plowed or shoveled in the winter. They're just asking for a lawsuit from slipping on ice - the staff is extremely disconnected. One person makes a medicine change one day and then the next, we'd be told that it was never communicated and so it wouldn't happen. The inconsistencies in care are incredibly tragic here in so many ways - if your loved one needs help using the bathroom, just know that you have to give the staff a 2+ hour advance notice or else you're out of luck - the whole facility is full of extremely dated and worn down furniture. It's like a facility out of the 1960s - it also smells like pee everywhere. Every hallway and room. Just the constant smell of pee - physical therapy was actually really positive here! Awesome! But unfortunately it's highly inconsistent and only available on sporadic days that change frequently. If your loved one needs PT help to recover/improve, expect a long drawn out process because of the lack of proper staffing At the end of the day, this is almost definitely just a facility that is taking in heaps of Medicare funding and providing the bare minimum service and care imaginable. Absolute zero management oversight and it is very evident in how the whole place functions.
