CYPRESS CREEK REHABILITATION AND HEALTHCARE CENTER

Cypress Creek has been a Godsend to us! My mom was stuck in another rehab facility after breaking one hip, then breaking the other hip. It was terrible, and it took me 9 months to get her out, but I finally was able to get her to Cypress Creek. It is clean, beautiful, and the staff is amazing. She is finally doing PT regularly and said she actually enjoys it - words I NEVER thought I would hear from her! She enjoys the activities each day and has made some friends. The food is much better than the other place where she lost a lot of weight. The communication is amazing, and all the services that come in are well organized. A podiatrist, eye doctor, dentist, psychiatrist, counselor, haircuts... they all come there on a schedule. PT is in-house staff. If your loved one needs short-term rehab or long-term care, this is the place to go! I feel SO much better, and my mom is doing so much better than she was! Highly recommend!

The facility appears to be clean and well-organized; however, the communication between staff and patients' families is severely lacking. They make numerous promises but fail to deliver on most of them. During my tour, I was given a lot of information and assurances, but in reality, very little of it was accurate. My husband had barely been there for two hours when I received a call to pick him up. The staff seems to lack patience with patients, and overall, I was very disappointed with the service provided. Wont recomend such place ever.

What a lovely location! The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they take great care of my father. He feels seen — which is very important to me, and honestly, to him as well. He’s not someone who makes a fuss, and they’ve noticed that he’s a bit shy. They take the time to check in on him, ask if he’s okay, or if he needs anything, which I truly appreciate. I’m very happy with the care he’s receiving during his short-term stay. Big thanks to Chastity for being especially kind!

I go often to check on a resident there at cypress creek that is a dear friend. I like the new check in system. All you do is put in your phone number and look in the camera. It will remember the room number of the resident you are visiting, so on visits you just look in camera it will remeber you and what room you visiten/ad so then it willl print your badge

Cypress Creek Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center has been an absolute godsend for my father, who is almost 95. We came to the facility after a fall and hip surgery. Across the board the entire staff has been fantastic and they have tried everything to help accommodate us with our increasing ever care and ever changing medical needs. The caregivers are so kind, patient, professional, helpful and respectful. The therapy team has been so encouraging and the therapy room and equipment are extensive. The medical staff of drs, nurses and med techs have been so supportive and resourceful in trying to make him comfortable. In addition , Housekeeping has also been so positive and a bright light when she comes in the room! I am so impressed with the whole operation Cypress Creek Rehabilitation and Healthcare center, and wholeheartedly recommend them!
