I can’t say enough good things about Hannah Galli at Reutlinger. She went above and beyond to make sure my mom was well cared for. Hannah patiently answered all of my questions and was always professional, friendly, kind, and informative. People are quick to complain but often forget to give praise—this is praise that is truly well deserved. Thank you, Hannah, for making such a difference!
The Reutlinger Assisted Living facility is poorly run. My husband was there for 4 weeks and ended up in the hospital twice. Initially his medications were input into the system incorrectly. They were giving him double the dosage of a very strong medication. The first time he fell no one even told me about it. Many of the caretakers were kind and helped him as much as they could. However they are extremely understaffed. The apartments are very out-dated and it is difficult to control the temperature in the rooms. Also, there is no cell phone reception in most of the building making it nearly impossible to stay connected with loved ones. The food provided was sometimes inedible.
It was a great facility to work at but there was no communication whatsoever between staff. The director of staffing was also very very rude along with being very unprofessional. She couldn’t answer questions I had to ask and overall was just very rude.
First i want to say that, I went here for an open house and I was amazed of the beautiful community. I had to go back again to get some information for my dad and the HR lady was covering the front while the receptionist was helping a resident. I don't remember her name but she was a beautiful young woman and told me she was over HR and was just filling in while the receptionist helped someone. I just was impressed that she was able to assist me even though that was not her nomal job. She answered all my questions and gave the information i needed and cards for the person to contact of i needed anything else. I would recommend this place to all my friends and hopefully my dad will choose to go there
The Staff here is so kind my mom loves her caregiver Carmen she is very pleasant and always greets us with a smile. My mom loves thr activites especially Bingo. Julie the CEO is very in touch with the residents and listens to our family if we have any issues. Thank you for making my mom comfortable in such a new environment.
