I found nearly all the employees to be compassionate and caring. The owner would also check in on me a couple times a week, and is a sweet lady. I was bed ridden due to a serious displaced tibia fracture, so I was dependent on others while there. I needed a special diet too, and they made sure that I got that fulfilled too.

I’m so happy and thankful that my grandma is comfortable and under good care there in the nursing home. Staff have always been friendly and attentive when we visit. Even my grandma has commented on how well they look after her, means a lot. Thank you to the staff 💕

Love the care and the transparency from everyone at DRNRC. The Administrator, the DON, nursing staff, CNAs, physical and occupational therapist and the office staff, all are involved with patient care and always answer our questions and concerns.

My mom has been in this facility over a year. She is very happy and comfortable with all the nursing personnel. They all care and treat the patients as family. Nursing staff are consistently checking on patients and at times they go by just to say hello. My mom's health has improved and her involvement with daily activities is more consistent. Even though the building is in need of remodeling the care that is given is what matters. Nurses are happy and their compassion is obvious. Thank you all for keeping our loved ones safe not just during this pandemic and for taking care of my mom and the patients as you do❤

My dad was transferred to rehab from BAMC after a bad leg break in early November 2022. A friend recommended this facility because of it's great rehab program, and I am very glad they did. It is not a modern building, and doesn't give the very best first impression. You should look past that, however, because, the people who run it do an excellent job It is clean, the food is good, and the residents are well cared for. There are many events and opportunities for play and to enjoy each other's company. The staff is very kind, patient, helpful and knowledgeable. I was especially impressed with the physical therapists, they were very good at encouraging him without being disrespectful when he wanted to quit. The administrators told me exactly what to expect, and helped me arrange to get to my dad's doctors appt, and coordinated getting home and getting equipment delivered so that he arrived safely and with the right gear and services. I am VERY glad that I had Norma and the rest of the staff to help us through the rehab. We would have had a much harder time without them.
