I did a clinical at Uptown, and had such a great experience!!! Wayne was super friendly, and I worked with Star a ton as well. Star was so helpful and made sure us students had what we needed and made us feel very supported! I took a tour at uptown and realized how welcoming and kind they are to residents , caring about their well being and making a positive environment . I’ve been at Uptown 6 years, I’ve met the best families here and also the residents are warm and welcoming. The Staff is great, when there are issues in the building we all become One, from Housekeeping all the way to Administration.
My Mom had been working in Nursing homes for more than 18 years I have visited my mom in some.Uptown is one of the nicest cleanest and Residents and Staff are very nice, they like to play chest with residents and spend time with them.I love what my mom has done and to be a CNA you have to have a big heart not to brag or anything but my mom has one of the biggest hearts there.
I have been a resident at uptown for 11 years, i know many people and have a lot of good friends here, including staff. Its a good place to live and they always assist me with whatever i may need. Thank you Uptown
