I really like the care given to my grandfather here. They have a really good therapy team as well. It may not be the most updated but the care is wonderful.
Sheffield manor was very good to my family. Facility is clean and staff was very good with my grandmother. Facility could use updates but it stayed cleaned and no smell when you walk in. They are great.
First time in establishment for business. Staff from the parking lot, entrance, and employees. For sure, I was unable to determine who was the nurse, doctor, janitorial, etc… The staff displayed empathy for their patients. This facility ensure the residence receive proper care with their hygiene, dental, hearing, meals and all level of care. While waiting to conduct business, a group of medical team brain stormed on what was best for the client. There was no title throwing, but, working together.
Give a shot out to the new duo social workers. Awesome work.
Lastly, the faculty does not have the urine stench!!

No recommendations from me. My experience at Sheffield Manor was the Worst I've experienced anywhere. I Strongly recommend you to have Strong Supervision out on the floors. The Nurses I had were Lazy, Rude,and Very Uncaring! I was also assaulted by a patient, Daniel was his name, he punched me in the back of my head. I reported it But................. Food arrangements was inconsistent, uncooked or cold food. I could go on and on But........ Traumatized from my stay there!
I enjoy the fact that the facility is nice as well as the people here. Everything I ask for I am able to get help with.
