THE TIMBERS OF CASS COUNTY

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Everyone from nurses to therapy staff are so kind, attentive, and truly cared about making a difference. They kept family informed and supported every step of the way. The staff show compassion and dedication every day.

I was in the Timbers last month. I had a one month visit because I fell at home and hurt my back. I couldn't do anything for my self. Everyone was so good to me Yes I had to wait my turn just like everyone else. I found the food was great. My son came to visit me and I ask if I could buy a meal so he could stay and eat with me. They sent a tray of food for him to stay and eat with me . Then a few days later he stayed and ate in the dining room and all the others. He also enjoyed the food. I have been placed in the Commons in Paw Paw twice because of a broken hip. And we found the Timbers is great. The bed room carpet is in very bad need to go to the dump. It needs sanitizing!!! Why would a nursing home have carpet to hold urine etc. that is not clean when it smells bad! The hall was clean every week but not my bedroom carpet. It smelled bad when they first put me in that room and it was like that when I went home. Thank you everyone for your love and care. I am sure I will back again to stay. Thank you 🤗

Best facility in Southwest Michigan. We visited so many and nothing comes close to the care, cleanliness and openness in this place. I would only hope that if some day I needed this kind of care I would find a place like this!

The food in this facility is a joke. Numerous residents say it's not edible and I agree that it is not. Residence there are left to sit in dirty diapers for extended periods of time and suffer from raw areas around their privates and buttocks. Excuses are made why things are not done and done on the timely basis. I do not recommend this facility at all

I wouldn’t even put a star but have to. This Pacilli is not sticking to their policy. My dad is in there they can’t get no call from his fellow wants can’t get no service right way his answer is paying for his stay there, which is short term. He has no clothes yet and he’s been there for about a week, I’m in Memphis Tennessee, so it ain’t like I can just go there every day, so would not recommend this place to anyone
