My grandfather was released today from this facility. He was sad to go. He thoroughly enjoyed all of his nurses. They took great care of him and listened to him complain everyday about something new but always laughed with him and made his days as easy as possible while he was there. He especially loved his therapists Vanessa and Agnes. They worked him very well but at his own pace and pushed him to do a little more when he was trying to be lazy. He went in barely being able to stand with assistance to now being able to stand and walk around the whole room with assistance from a walker. He is also in much better spirits everyday. He will miss being spoiled by all the staff that’s for sure. Jessica and Sherman were his aids most of his stay and he really enjoyed them and their friendliness and professionalism. They joked with him and made sure he was always comfortable. He has absolutely no complaints about his stay and that says a lot.

The place is very nice and they really do a great job taking care and getting people back in shape! My brother has been here for a few weeks now and he can't stop talking about how great everyone who works here is. Antoinette(OT) Jacky Cindy Vanessa(OT) Jimmy (PT) Cynthia. The nurses and the physical therapists are always attentive and push him to do better and inspire him to get back to normal. I have changed the Star Rating to 5. Ignite Medical Resort has provided truly exemplary care for my 81-year-old mom. The physical and occupational therapists have been outstanding, helping her regain strength and learn to walk again with patience and encouragement. Every nurse and clinical team member we’ve encountered has been attentive, compassionate, and genuinely concerned about her well-being. They consistently go above and beyond to make sure she is comfortable and cared for. Beyond the medical support, there are so many wonderful activities and social events that brighten her days. The social worker, hospitality director, receptionists, and the entire staff bring warmth and professionalism that make a real difference. We are so grateful for the care and support my mom has received, and I highly recommend Ignite Medical Resort to anyone seeking excellent rehabilitation and a caring environment!

I came here several times to visit a friend who is there for about a month. She is enjoying her stay, the food, friendly staff, therapy and especially the bingo activities. I liked the "check in" kiosk that took my temperature and picture for security and health reasons before entering. The Starbucks café and amenities to feel like home were a great treat to both my friend and our visits.

I am trying to get used to how things work around here. The facility is beautiful and clean, staff appears to be helpful. I was a little disappointed in the equipment, but like I said this is my first experience. So I am trying not to compare equipment to that of a hospital. My dad is a fall risk and I an concerned because there are no rails on the bed. All in all so far not bad at all for someone not knowing what to expect
