RIVERSIDE HEALTH & REHABILITATION

This facility is horrible and I went to see my loved one. The over whelming smell of infection and rotting flesh was devastating. We had to open his window up and spray his room. His foot was oozing puss and other fluids. There was blood all over his floor by his bed. His legs were so swollen and had wounds and blisters all over him. He had a wound bandage that was last cleaned and changed 11/24/2025. We had to clean him up. Thank God my mom is a nurse and knew what she was doing. My loved one looked like hell. He hadn't been showered in 2 days. The amount of dried skin built up on his foot and leg was insane. His room was filthy. I would give them a one star if I could. That place should be shut down. I have called the state on them and put a camera in his room. We have tried to move him but they lie on his records and make it seem like he is impossible. I am disgusted with this facility and the state for not doing anything. The nurses and aids should not have licenses and be able to practice medicine in any form.

Excellent facility and Excellent staff. Karen is awesome 👌. Physical Therapy is good. Very clean building. I don't have too many complaints. The food is good. The recreational penny auction was fun. I like that I can go to the gift shop and socialize with other residents.

We came to visit our friend who is in the new vent unit. She looked wonderful! They had taken really good care of her skin and her nails. We we able to bring her down to a concert with a guitarist who sang familiar songs. Everyone was so friendly and caring. We feel truly blessed to have our friend finally in such a wonderful place.

The staff at Riverside Health Care Center are compassionate, attentive, and truly dedicated to their residents’ well-being. The admission process was clear and handled with great care for my family’s needs and concerns. The staff continues to provide excellent support and consistent communication, which gives us comfort and peace of mind. We are very grateful for the wonderful care they providw

CNA (Karen) has done such of a wonderful job. She was amazing help. She was always there to help take care of me during my recovery there. She has great amount of patience and tolerance with myself and many other residents that. She has a big heart of Gold. She's out definitely reminded me of my very own mother. She very respected. Nurse (Earl) Great young man. Always knew what to help out with and knows what he's doing at his job. Very well-known respected and always positive. Filled with great energy and very supportive of his patients. He is definitely a great nurse. Patient Liaison (Susan) She always cane around at the right moment to always find a solution to everything that was going on in that place. She definitely knew how to do her job right and helped me out and my entire family to feel fully comfortable. Always on the rescue. She always helped out and extremely fast with resources to help my stay be far much better than expected. She's great with children which she knew how to keep my children entertained and calm. She very resourceful with making sure I was taken care of during my stay and my discharge moments. She's was a blessing to have. CNA (Andrew) He always had went out his way to help me out. Definitely very friendly and patience aswell. Always had a smile on his face no matter what. Amazing with myself and especially with my family. He knows what he's doing and has a kind heart. Nurse (Belinda) She's a top tier in her field. She knows what she doing since everything was positive about herself. It shows that she very passionate out her job and cares so much about her patients and their needs.She helped me so much even to feel better. She even helped me out in motivating me to eat better. These are the top staff members that really helped so much during my recovery and they're a blessing to have had. They were extremely welcoming of my big sized family always coming by on the daily visiting. The staff on the 5th level always treated my 3 yr old granddaughter Kyelyn to ice cream which she still ask for! Lol I want to say Thank you Riverside Health & Rehabilitation Center.
