LIFE CARE CENTER OF ELIZABETHTON

My sister has been at Life Care of Elizabethton for a couple of days now. I cannot express enough how well the staff has been with Kelly. She is deaf and has limited vision which complicates communication efforts. This facility has brought in instructors to assist the staff with learning ASL to aid in the process of taking care of her. I have been very pleased with the professionalism and attentiveness of this center. And, my sister loves it there!

I want to say I was blessed to find Life Care, my parents have been there a little over a year now! When I visit with my parents I always see them in great spirits and their love for the staff is undeniable! They enjoy all of the daily activities, the tell me they enjoy their meals! They also have other residents that they have become very close to! As far as myself, I am always greeted with smiles and warm hello, when ever I have a question or concern it has been dealt with immediately! I visit my parents very often , at random times and have always had the same experience, I would never be able to express how much I appreciate Life Care, and all the staff!

Life Care Center of Elizabethton is truly a gem! From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel the warmth and care that fills the entire facility. The staff is nothing short of incredible — kind, compassionate, and always going above and beyond to make sure residents feel safe, comfortable, and valued. You can tell this team genuinely loves what they do. The food services team deserves a huge shoutout, too! They work so hard to provide meals that are not only nutritious but delicious as well. You can tell they pour love into everything they make and truly want the best for every resident. Julie, especially, is absolutely amazing! She has such a heart for the people she serves and always brings a smile and a kind word to everyone she meets. She’s truly the best!

Close friend of mine was a resident at this facility. The staff were such wonderful caring individuals. The food provided looked amazing. The head nurse was so sweet when dealing with any issues that arose. I knew this facility was the right chose for him as soon as I walked into the vestibule. Would recommend.
