Very clean, and nice looking place. They have done a wonderful job of taking care of my sister. The staff has been very attentive to concerns and problems regarding health issues and other issues in regards to caring for my sister. Everyone has been very accommodating to our family as well. We are most grateful for the care she is receiving.

I am an agency nurse and travel to various places. This facility by far is one of the best I have been too. Staff was wonderful, pleasant and helpful, the facility is very clean as well as resident rooms and the med carts are clean and organized. The CNAs I worked with answerd the lights quickly and took great care of their residents. I worked the night shift so I can't give a review about days, but I am impressed with this place!

My grandparents both are at this facility. I went to visit them on June 19, 2021. During that visit, a nurse came to check on my bed ridden grandfather once, found out he needed to use the bathroom, left the room while saying she would be right back and never came back. He was yelling for them to come help, but they never came back. I visited for about 2 hours. On this date, October 20, 2021, my disabled mother tried to see her parents (again, my grandparents) there after her uncle went to visit in person, but she was told that she could only visit at the window outside - knowing that my mother has a hearing impairment and cannot stand up for a long time at all. They refused to allow her to visit in person with her own mother and father, despite not being able to visit with them since August 7, 2021. DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS HERE!

This place lied about how long my mother-in-law was there in order to steal her SSID payments. Joke is on them; Social Security is now aware of their attempted fraud. Also, after being there for 3.5 weeks, she came home with a grade 2 bedsore because no one there wanted to do their job. Think twice before letting a loved one go here.
