This place is not good. They abuse you. Don't care about you. Got beat up by a male resident and they did nothing. Also never put it in the records. Got a copy and nothing was in it. Checked myself out 6 months later and they told me I can't because I will die alone. Been alone for 5 years and still doing good. Had me so drugged up I had no clue who I was. Thankfully my dr took me off everything they had me on and still doing good. DO NOT GO THERE OR SEND FAMILY MEMBERS THERE. BAD PLACE. After I was beat in the head and my head was bleeding. Hand prints around my neck and he knocked out a couple teeth. They refused to take me to the hospital to get checked. Bad place. You had to beg to take a shower. U had to beg for clean sheets and clean bathroom. It's a waste. Never did anything. Was there for 6 miserable months. And was so thankful I checked my self out.

I have my 97 year old mother at Valley View. She is well cared for and loved by the staff. She eats well. I transferred her there from another facility and glad that I did. I would reccommend anyone looking for a long term facility to consider Valley View.

Wonderful establishment with caring and hard working staff. I recommend this facility to everyone. If it weren't for the caring staff granny would bit have recovered from her surgery as quick as she did! 2 thumbs up!

This is the far most worst nursing home around. Please do not bring your loves ones here. Unfortunately, Valleyview is unpredictable and unprofessional! They let the CNAS do whatever they want. Especially on first shift!! Also, CNAS do not answer the call lights and let them ring for hours. Showers do not get done nor the nurses do not sign off on them. They have a QMA WHO WORKS THERE on first shift and who's not insulin ( Aushunte) certified. WHOS ALSO giving residents insulin and the company knows about this , she's disrespectful and unprofessional. And likes to verbally abusive the residents on a daily basic. The Ed Oliva does not like to play fair either. She like to hide residents complaints and have favoritism. THEY been running one CNA on 3rd shift on the dementia unit do to budget. Which each shift including third shift should always have two cnas. Some of the nurses don't pass pills or do wound care daily.
