Staff shows no care for patients, leaving them to rot in bed and sit in their feces. Staff often goes on breaks leaving patients to fend for themselves. They will not listen to doctor’s orders or even write pertinent information in charts. They are constantly moving patients from room to room causing confusion for those wanting to visit. They delay rehabilitation progress by messing up orders or lying about ordering something. The food is horrible and unnutritious and the Snacks are locked up so patients have no access to independently feeding themselves. And God forbid if you ask for a snack, the nurse will never bring it let alone water. I felt like I had to go through multiple different people to get an answer to a simple question that the patients nurse should automatically know. I hope that none of the staff have a loved one that end up in as neglectful a facility as this one.

Terrible facility, hospital sent my mother there as a step down program only to get the wrong treatment to set her back 5 weeks of previous treatment. She got to the facility and the respiratory therapist overrided the docs note of Co2 retension and said she had sleep apnea which is not at all the actual diagnosage which made her regress drastically. While in the facility she got pneumonia and covid and they called to tell me to come get her and take her to the hospital or they would take her to the local hospital that isn't equipped to handle a patient with copd, asthma, covid, and pneumonia.. they sent her there anyways. Upon rushing her out the door the didnt sent her phone, clothes, or money with her. At all cost explore different options than this facility they are a joke. They lack communication, they never call you back, nurses either aren't informed correctly or they just don't care. I'm beyond aggravated. Also don't be fooled by the pictures online. The facility is not this nice, my mom was shoved off on to a room with little to no sun light in the room and the overhead lights aren't bright enough to light the room. The pictures are for a photo op at best.

The staff are wonderful and caring to my mother while she has been receiving physical therapy. The staff are easy to reach for updates. I am grateful for their time and knowing patients receive the rehabilitation they deserve. Many thanks to each person that interacts with my mother while in your care!

My brother was a patient there until he died and the staff was amazing. Yes definitely check out this awesome care.

Signature of Erin is the best skilled nursing facility by far, in my opinion. When I first walked in, I expected to be greeted with the smell familiar to nursing homes. This facility has ZERO SMELL. The care is exceptional, the facility is extremely clean, even down to outside the building. The staff members take pride in their work and better the quality of life for the elders by taking them on outings and getting creative with activities! They go to the movies, go to restaurants, go shopping, literally everything. It’s so much more than a nursing home and truly is a remarkable place! I work in healthcare and see many facilities and none compare! When the time comes, I will place my loved one here and have full confidence they will be taken care of better than I ever could!
