My mother was a resident of the rehabilitation wing after a mild case of Covid that made her weak. The nursing staff made sure she was safe. Mom didn’t remember she was weak and couldn’t walk without falling. The nurses seated her at the nurses station so they could keep their eye on her. Mom is very quiet so would not disturb them. Mom LOVED the food. Her family could buy a plate at a very low cost. I would recommend Pruitt Health in Franklin, Georgia for their family member.

My father came in here for rehab for 25 days. The staff was very caring and patient. The therapy he received was very good as well and the medical treatment. They kept check on his condition by doing X-rays and providing the medication needed. He felt very comfortable in this facility because it was small and intimate. He enjoyed the food they served because it reminded him of home not like typical hospital food. I would recommend this facility to anyone who wants great service, intimate environment and good care.

My family, wife, and I are extremely grateful for the exceptional care and warm atmosphere my dad receives at PruittHealth – Fairburn. From the very beginning, the staff demonstrated professionalism, patience, and deeply personal attention—exactly what mattered most to us. Responsive Staff Though we were initially worried by some review complaints, our experience was entirely different. Staff consistently responded to call buttons quickly, helped with daily needs, and engaged with Dad thoughtfully and respectfully. We feel supported—not ignored. We’ve had a few bobbles but we were able to work through them. Open Communication and Family Involvement The team regularly updates us on Dad’s progress, medication schedule, and goals. It means a lot that they involved us in decisions and welcomed our questions, especially the dietary manager, Kisha and he responds very well to the Activities Director. While we know there are mixed reviews online, our experience was thoroughly positive. It’s clear PruittHealth – Fairburn has strengths in rehabilitation services and quality of life support—and for our family, that made all the difference. If you’re considering this facility, we encourage a tour and speaking directly with staff.

This was a perfect location as it is 10 minutes from my house. Facility is an older building but is sanitized and cleaned daily. Lead cafeteria manager is wonderful! Administration communicates effectively and when needed. I’ve not had one personnel turn down a request that is outside of their role. As ANY nursing FACILITY, YOU must contribute to performing care (DAILY, sometimes twice a day, visits) and advocate for your family member. Two concerns, 1) nightly/weekend security is needed and 2) I’ve yet to see the doctor and get an update on current health.

Trina, Ms Eunice, Kerry, and the rest of the staff is Amazing. There awesome and very caring and patient.
