Zoe is the most caring nurse.She responds with a sense of urgency. She is very nice and answers all questions I have about my brother who is a resident. Top rating for all the staff, Mel, Katie and Justin. The receptionist who answers the phone is very pleasant. I couldn’t leave out Addison, the activities director. She is so encouraging when we speak about my brother, always smiling! Thanks to everyone at the center.

Wonderful staff!! So kind, sincere, caring. I felt happy and relief. I could tell by my husband smile he was happy💖. Thank you all so much!

My mom was in this facility for about two months. She received top notch care the entire time. From the admission to discharge we had zero issues. Management team is very responsive. Good food and great therapy!!

My dad, a Vietnam Veteran, has only been at the facility for a short period of time with a diagnosis of dementia. I am EXTREMELY impressed by the interdisciplinary collaboration that I have seen so far!! From the business office to social workers to nursing staff and physicians, the actual CARE that is exhibited is something I’ve never experienced in a LTCF. I am truly impressed. We can sleep well knowing that our loved one is cared for by professionals who treat him so kindly when he is not an easy patient to deal with (I know, we’ve cared for him!) Another thing that I appreciate is the amount of consideration the family has received! We feel that we are seen & heard and that our opinion regarding his plan of care matters! Long story short, the staff is great, the facility is very nice and we appreciate everyone for their kindness, dedication and hard work!

I’m so thankful for the care my Mother in-law receives. Judy, the activities director, is so involved, informative, and caring. The staff, which I could write so many wonderful things about want the best for my Mother in-law and always go above and beyond to show her they care.
